We hosted another Coffee Night, where more than 200 people came.

The joy for us is that this Coffee Night was organized and led by a new team. They did well! A lot of guys who had organized the Coffee Night before, were free to chat with the guests (This time I, Yura Voroshilov, was also among those lucky people, who had a chance to talk to our guests :)).

In the morning of that day, when the Coffee Night had to take place, I went to a seminar on small groups and mentoring. After the seminar, I felt bad, started to get cold. But God blessed me and gave me strength to go to the party.

This time we had a lot of guests and helpers. For example, girls from the nearby town, prepared a dance. A guy from another church made a Light show. 

I tried to get to know people. Frankly, it was difficult - it is always hard to meet new people. But this evening, I met a few new guys. Also a good indicator is that  some of them have added me in social networks, and it is a good chance to keep in touch with them and get to know them better.

Thank God, for the team that organized the Coffee Night! This is the blessing of God, without Him we would have failed to make such an event.

Скоро будет следующий Кофе Найт

На прошлый Вечер Кофе пришло около 200 человек. В этот раз мы много подготавливались к этому вечеру, старались учесть все недочеты прошлого раза.

About 200 people came to the last Coffee Night. This time we davoted a lot of time to prepare the new Coffee Night program, trying to consider all the pluses and minuses of the last event. 

Мы больше месяца интенсивно готовились, и завтра наконец состоится это грандиозное мероприятие, а сегодня наши ребята наряжают зал.

We have been working on it for over a month, and this great outreach event will finally take place tomorrow! Even at the moment a group of us responsible for decorating the hall, where Coffee Night will be held, is working hard on it!

Молитесь, пожалуйста, за нас и за ребят, которые придут. Чтобы мы смогли достигнуть нашу цель - познакомиться с новыми людьми, многие из которых впервые войдут в здание церкви, немного узнать их и пригласить их на другие встречи и мероприятия, где мы сможем продолжить строить отношения и донести до них Евангелие!

Please pray for us and for the people who will come tomorrow. Pray that we could  reach our main goal - meet new people, for many of whom it will be their first time to enter a church, get to know them a little and invite them to other meetings where we could build deeper relationships and share the Gospel with them! 

Планирование Кофе Найт | Новая команда

Предыдущая команда Кофе Найт устала. В этом семестре команда Кофе Найт фактически полностью обновилась, из старых людей осталось только несколько, среди которых и я.

Но я решил меньше участвовать в подготовке и проведении данного мероприятия, чтобы на нем было время знакомиться с людьми и строить отношения для Благовестия, потому что для этой цели людей не хватает.

Это так приятно видеть, что ребятам хочется встречаться вместе и проводить кофе найт. Для них эти подготовки не повинность, а замечательная возможность.

It's so nice to see that the guys want to meet together and hold coffee Knight. For them, these are not training service, and a great opportunity.

Слава Богу за этих ребят! Если бы Бог не собрал таких людей, то мы не могли бы делать то, что делаем :)
Thank God for these guys! If God had not brought these people, then we could not do what we do :)

Планирование Кофе Найта | Preparing Coffee night

Наша команда Кофе найт фактически полностью обновилась. В нее вошло много новых людей. Некоторые из других церквей. Our team of Coffee Knight actually completely refreshed. It contained a lot of new people. Some of the other churches.

Дженни только сегодня вернулась от родителей из Америки
 и сразу пришла на встречу.
 Разница во времени чувствуется :)
Jenny just returned today from the parents of America
 and immediately came to the meeting.
Time difference is felt :)

 Сейчас у нас мозговой штурм в подготовке к очередному кофе найту (уже был большой перерыв на зимние праздники, заново втягиваемся).

  Right now we are brainstorming in preparation for the next coffee Knight (already had a big break for the winter holidays, new retract).

HelloJ We want to tell you a little about what’s going on with us now.

I.                    As soon as we (Yura &Nika) got back to Krasnodar, different people from our church started coming up to us offering to help them in their ministries. For example, they asked us to organize a conference for single young people. We are not sure if we will agree to do it or not yet, since we have many other ministry plans now. But we are still thinking about it.  

II.                 As you might remember, we told you about Coffee Nights – big outreach events which attract a lot of young people (last time there were over 200 people) to church. There are 2 news about this event:

1.      At the last Coffee Nights (on December 15) we had guests – Christian youth groups from different cities (Rostov, Novorossiysk, Kropotkin etc.) who came to see and learn how to organize such events. After that our brothers and sisters from Kropotkin organized their first Coffee Night in their hometown! There were 50 people there, and 30 of them were non-believers! We praise God for that! Share our joy – that is the fruit of our common prayers and work!

2.      The group of 6 of our teammates (including Yura), that is responsible for planning and organizing Coffee Night, is very tired, because the event needs a lot of preparation and energy. Some members of the Coffee Night team decided to leave it, others are thinking and asking God whether they should keep going or take a break to rest. Please pray for them to make the right decision!

III.               I (Yura) invest my time and energy into developing our outreach blog dorogakbogu.blogspot.com. This is a hard and time-consuming process! Please pray that I would be able to do this work well and have enough energy to accomplish all the necessary tasks. We are planning to organize various contests through this blog in order to attract young people to it, to get to know them, invite them to our youth movement and share the Gospel with them.

We sincerely thank everyone who supports and participates in our Christian youth movement,  prays for it and for us! We praise Jesus for you!
